Miss Lizzie Is Available!

NOTE: we will be in the DC/MD/DE area early next week … if you are in the area and interested in Elizabeth, contact us for details.

Here are some new pictures of Elizabeth and something that my mother wrote about her ...

Elizabeth reminds us of another puppy we had, that had a cow-lick.  Not that she has a cow-lick … it is just that we could never get a good picture of that particular puppy because of his cow-lick.  Where a picture says a thousand words, that is not always the case when dealing with puppy personalities.

Because this puppy with the cow-lick did not photograph well, he had not been reserved by the time we were taking our northeast trip to deliver his siblings.  One morning as we were leaving the hotel, the manager saw the pup and immediately fell in love with him.  It turned out her son (who had a cow-lick in the same place) had left recently for boot camp and his mother and sister were missing him terribly.  Thus they bonded with this little pup who reminded them of him.

Back to Elizabeth, she is a very special puppy.  Photographs cannot capture her personality, which is so loving and responsive, affectionate and comforting.  We have seriously considered keeping her ourselves, yet after praying about it we do not feel that she has been created for us, but for another family.  If that is you reading this, please let us know.

She loves to play …

… but she especially loves to be held!

Looks like she was chewing on something here!

She loves the leaves!

Jolene's Pups, Almost Seven Weeks!

Albert, George and Mary went to their new homes this past weekend, Anne went home today, and Victoria will be going home next weekend.  We still have two puppies available so I'll share their pictures first ...

This is Elizabeth

Her nose pigmentation has been slow to come in but it will be all black before too long!

She is very affectionate and responsive … she loves people!

She enjoys exploring too :)

William is also available.

He is a really nice fellow - has a well balanced personality.

He is personable, but a little more independent than Elizabeth.

Victoria will be going home next weekend.

Such pretty coloring!

Had to laugh at this picture!

And here are some random pictures of the different puppies from several days ago.
